hi,
i think you should report this to the davao police and make the formal request to retrieve the cctv for that time. i'm not sure how long they retain data though since their archives might have limited capacity.
best regards.

The current C-6 is served only by tricycles and terminates at the junction with M.L. Quezon St. and Gen. Santos Ave (bound for Bicutan Interchange). Conceptually, M.L. Quezon St. would be C-6 but the plan for C-6 calls for an elevated tollway along the coast of Laguna de Bay and parallel to M.L. Quezon. M.L. Quezon is served by both jeepneys and tricycles but from what I know, there are no direct routes to San Pedro. You'd have to take several rides between Taguig and San Pedro.

There are many good schools abroad including old reliables like UC Berkeley and MIT in the US, the University of Tokyo and the National University of Singapore, but few here in the Philippines. Currently, only UP Diliman offers a graduate degree in urban planning but if you have an Civil Engineering background, you can also try the Civil Engineering graduate programs of UP and DLSU. While, UP's CE program can advise you on diverse topics ranging from classical Traffic Engineering, Public Transport to Environment topics, DLSU is particularly strong in urban transport planning.

This is a terrific blog, and I'm excited to find another traffic and infrastructure nerd online! I'm no expert, but I have toyed with the idea of leaving my field (video games) to pursue my passion for urban planning and rail infrastructure specifically. I was wondering if you'd have any advice on what schools to attend her or abroad, should I choose to pursue this?
